Day 8- Beverly Hills
This morning started out with another great breakfast, as we checked out of our hotel in Los Angeles.
First stop, after some crazy LA traffic...the Griffith Observatory. We had the best view of Los Angeles and the Hollywood sign...but we all agree the sign was much smaller than we expected. We took some pictures then hopped on the bus for...BEVERLY HILLS!
It was cool to experience this "top notch world." There were so many of the best and most famous cars in the world on every block. The people were all beatiful...and walking down Rodeo Drive...one of the most famous shopping streets...was unreal!
Many of us had nice lunches at the many trendy cafes. We could even get a cupcake from a vending machine...which exists for people who need cupcakes after the store closed.
We didn't see any celebrities...but meeting back up at the Beverly Hills sign we met a 120 lb yellow python!!! It was unreal. She was really nice and tame, we got to take pictures and pet it, it was an experience like we've never had before!
Next we boarded the bus, headed for Merced, CA! We watched a few movies, took some naps, and enjoyed each other's company. It's funny but even though we are all so tired, every one is just so happy!!! We love spending time with each other, there is so much energy on the trip...and here we are, all hanging out in the hot tub ready to take on Yosemite National Park!!
Pedro from Brasil
Emily from Sweden
Antoine from Belgium
